The Site and its content — including all text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to de Castellane Creative LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may share links to articles and excerpt brief portions (not exceeding 200 words) for commentary, criticism, or news reporting in accordance with fair use principles, provided that you include clear attribution to Tinsel Magazine and a direct link to the original article. Third-party content: Unless otherwise noted, images sourced from external publications, agencies, or photographers are the property of their respective copyright holders. All such images are used in the context of editorial news reporting and critical commentary, consistent with fair use provisions under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 107). These images are attributed to their original source wherever possible, and their use on this Site does not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation with the original rights holder.

Tinsel Magazine respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent:
